⋒ vegan caramel stuffed chocolate covered dates ⋒

yeah I know what your thinking but these aren’t a dream. they’re 100% REAL!!

ingredients: ⋒ medjool dates ⋒ vegan dark chocolate

⋒ sea salt date caramel: ⋒ 20 pitted room temperature dates (we used medjool) ⋒ pinch salt ⋒ 1/3 c warm water

⋒ 1 tsp vanilla extract

⋒ blend all date caramel ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth ⋒ slit dates (if not already) and fill with date caramel ⋒ freeze until solid (about 30 mins) ⋒ melt dark chocolate and dunk frozen dates ⋒ sprinkle with sea salt ⋒ freeze again (or refrigerate) until solid again and....
